Mr. Vinay received an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania which demonstrates an unwavering commitment to excellence, reflecting a dedication to achieving high standards of performance and outcomes. He is a Managing Director of Apollo Metalex Private Limited and currently serving as director of various listed and unlisted Companies across India.

Mr. Sanjay Gupta (Non-Executive Director)

Mr. Sanjay Gupta has built a distinguished career as an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience. Under his visionary and dynamic leadership, he has successfully led numerous ventures to new heights. His entrepreneurial instincts and business acumen, inherited from his late father, Shri Sudesh Gupta, have played a pivotal role in shaping his approach to leadership.

Mr. Gupta’s ability to adapt to changing markets while maintaining a focus on excellence has allowed him to consistently achieve success. His dedication to innovation, growth, and mentorship ensures that his legacy will continue to inspire future generations of entrepreneurs.

Currently, he is the Chairman and Managing Director of APL Apollo Tubes Limited and serves as a director for various listed and unlisted companies across India.

Ms. Neera Gupta (Non-Executive Director)

Ms. Neera Gupta brings a wealth of expertise with several years of experience as a Director in various companies across India. With a strong track record of strategic leadership, she has played a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring operational excellence within organizations.

Known for her keen business acumen and results-oriented approach, Ms. Gupta is dedicated to fostering innovation, building strong teams, and delivering sustainable success. Through her visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence, she continues to contribute significantly to the company’s long-term growth and success.

Mr. Dukhabandhu Rath (Independent Director)

Shri Dukhabandhu Rath is a senior top executive banker with nearly four decades of meritorious service in the Indian banking industry, including 36 years at the State Bank of India (SBI). He joined SBI in 1984 as a Probationary Officer (Scale 1) and had previously served in two other public sector banks. As a business leader and results-driven professional, he has successfully handled a variety of roles and assignments at SBI's Corporate Office, Independent Circles, Regional Offices, and other operational divisions in India and abroad.

He has been recognized as a top performer in SBI, winning several honors, awards, and recognitions. With a proven track record of consistently exceeding business, financial, and operational targets, he has ensured compliance with the highest service standards and operational efficiencies. His various roles have involved identifying, developing, and implementing innovative banking practices to achieve growth while mitigating risks.

His key assignments include serving as Chief General Manager of SBI’s most successful Ahmedabad Circle, which covers Gujarat and three Union Territories (ranked No. 1 in overall efficiency across India) for three years. He also served as Chief General Manager (Operations) of the National Banking Group at the Bank's Corporate Office in Mumbai, General Manager of a network in Uttar Pradesh, Deputy General Manager and Head of Human Resources and Industrial Relations for Bihar & Jharkhand, CEO of SBI’s operations in Bangladesh, and held numerous other operational roles in Odisha.

Mr. Rakesh Sharma (Independent Director)

Mr. Rakesh Sharma is a distinguished professional with an extensive career spanning over 35 years in the banking and financial sector. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Meerut University in 1973 and earned a Master of Laws from the same institution in 1979.

Mr. Sharma began his career with the State Bank of India (SBI), where he held various senior positions across different branches, including the Overseas Branch in Delhi, the Commercial Branch in Agra, and the Commercial Branch in Nehru Place, Delhi. His expertise spans multiple financial disciplines, including Corporate Finance, SME Finance, Credit Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Retail Banking, and Debt Restructuring.

Throughout his tenure at SBI, Mr. Sharma demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of organizational development. He played a significant role as a Nominee Director representing SBI on the boards of prominent companies such as Suzlon Energy Limited, SE Forge, and SKS Power (Chhattisgarh).

In June 2013, Mr. Sharma retired from his position as Chief General Manager at SBI. His career is marked by a profound commitment to excellence and innovation in the financial sector, complemented by his active involvement in government liaison and other financial institutions.
